Great selections of produce and take home and heat meals. Warm bar (chicken strips etc) wasn’t great and not a nice selection. Great variety of olives and cheeses. Has sushi ? available near produce section. There were plenty of open self checkouts when I went today. A lot of merchandise was marked down out front outside of store. I found everything I wanted and then some. The best Kroger is Chenal Kroger ?

The money center is only open “whenever the employees shows up” per the manager , so if plan to pay your bills at this location you may want to go to another location. Per the manager who was on a register checking customers out she said very rudely “it’s life sometimes they come to work sometimes they don’t” and proceeded to tell me to wait thirty minutes so I could pay my bill. I respectfully let her know I am on lunch break and cannot wait thirty minutes so I left. Just a mess and rude for no reason.

One of my favorite Kroger! Self check counters are always super convenient! I've never had an issues when I visited the store. Vegetables and fruits section is always clean and looks great. They keep sanitizing every shelves and inside the store. Also, most employees were super friendly and helpful! I recommend this Kroger!

I almost NEVER post negative feedback, but I would be remiss not to today. After traveling 35’ to shop at the “nice” Kroger Marketplace on Chenal and 25’ of shopping, we filled our basket with a week’s worth of groceries. At 6:45pm on a Saturday holiday weekend, the self checkouts on one side were backed up through the food aisles as were the few (maybe 3?) attended checkouts. Although there was an entire secondary section of self checkouts empty, we were told we couldn’t use them by a clerk who said he was mandated to shut them down and clean them by 7:00pm. He was frustrated at their short staffing, we were frustrated to be told we would have to wait another 20+ minutes and of course, there was no manager on site.

Needless to say we left our full cart next to 3 others that had been abandoned with the thought we will NOT shop at this particular Kroger’s again.

I have to wonder how much additional labor and waste is produced from the abandoned carts, not to mention lost revenue and customers ! May be time for a new manager!

You rarely see an employee actually working here, not even at the front desk. Shelves are frequently empty or just fake fronted (product with a tag nearby that has been placed into an empty spot so that, at a glance, the product is stocked). The lines to checkout at the store, the very rare actual human checkers, and the fact that the self checkout kiosks aren’t open for us to check out our own groceries and get out of the store versus standing in lines 10 customers deep…. The only other grocery store nearby is a Walmart a couple of miles down the road, which possibly has something to do with how this one is so poorly run: where else do we go that’s not out of the way? It’s a very disheartening testament by management, a corporate indifference to people in the store.

7/17/22: The produce department has been consistently poor of late. Notice the shriveled corn husks and dark silk indicating old corn. Fruit flies and other pests are persistent here. That indicates rotting produce. Krogers should be embarrassed.

7/23/22: Impossible to not notice the swarm of fruit flies around the onions and tomatoes with clearly damaged and spoiled produce.

7/30/22: Moldy tomatoes. Very easy to see if you bothered looking.

8/6/22: Damaged tomatoes left for the fruit flies. Someone in Kroger produce just doesn’t care.

8/13/22: Another week, another feasting of fruit flies around the onions.

If you see tables set up anywhere, go out of your way to avoid them. Unless you were hoping to be approached to hear a sales pitch or be asked for donations. I'm not sure who decided this is what people want when they're shopping. I assure you it isn't. I hope all businesses learn this really pushes the customer away as I will also go out of my way to drive down the street to a competitor if it means I can shop in peace.

This location is NEVER stocked, moldy produce on the shelves, no carts at the door and very few employees on the floor. This location needs a huge overhaul. Will travel out a little further for a better option.
