First time ever visiting a KUHL store. A most wonderful experience, unbelievably friendly staff, extremely helpful. An array of styles for both men and women to choose from with the high levels of inventory. Jacob, Liza and khale are part of the front end staff and the most delightful and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered.

Stopped in to pick up 3 pairs of pants and 2 shirts.. I like the store and the staff was great... Spent $500 here in about 20 min. Then they asked me if I wanted to buy a bag for $0.20 cents... A bag.. Spend $500 and get a shake down for $0.20 cents... Do better. It seems greedy.

My family and I are locals and have lived in Jackson for 18 years. We have enjoyed the KUHL brand for many years, always shopping online until we finally got a store on town square! My husband visits there more than myself but last time I was there I was overwhelmed with kindness from the store mgr. Gerardo (who was on loan from the CA store) and a really sweet staff member, Sylvie, who were both so kind to help me with sizes for gift shopping. They were almost ready to close when I came in that time, but they didn't make me feel rushed. They were so kind and accommodating, making me feel valued as a customer! My husband and I own a retail store in Jackson (WOLF auto dealership) and we recognize / appreciate great customer service. We notice when someone has a spirit of excellence and not just there to earn their hours on a paycheck. Thank-you Gerardo & Sylvie! We will be back over & over 🙂 Thank-you!

Awesome clothing and terrific staff! I picked up a new shirt and shorts while there today. Liza and Khale were very knowledgeable. They helped us order some pants online so we could ship them back home. Great staff!
