Usually stop at this gas station before I head up the forest roads, the merchandise on the inside is a little pricey but again you're in the boonies so the logistics of getting it out there should naturally increase the prices. Most of the cashiers are nice, they have a little bit of everything in the store.

Cashier always helping customers, no matter what language they speak. I always find what I need. Cashier friendly and lets us use WIFI. Restroom is always open, and clean. Everyone can use it here. Gas and cigarette prices are good for area. Thankful this store is here

Do you have time to read the list of complaints I have and the community has overall?
My short list:
1. The tire air pump has been broken for approximately a year...dangerous for the remote area
2. Overpriced gas & goods compared to similar business and location, and no consideration of locals on fixed income
3. Make women feel uncomfortable, from sexual harassment to being cold & unhelpful, and talk down to
4. Language barrier
5. Post office...are you sure?
6. Selection has declined
7. Uhaul service is a hassle and likely to overcharge
8. Too cheap to put salt down when the parking area is iced and slippery.
9. Stale products
10. No window wash stuff at the pumps

11. (Personal suspicious, no proof yet)
Not actually Chevron gas...just cheap low-grade gas from who knows where.

My personal opinion...
They have no concern or respect for the community or want to be a part of it. It's all about profits and taking advantage of a small remote location and the local people. I stopped going there months ago when I visit the area. I will do everything to avoid it. I prefer to support better business owners.

This place has a Postal service drop off. At least that’s what the sign says. I take in a pre-labeled postage paid parcel to drop off. The young boy behind the counter shakes head NO. The young lady says put a stamp on it and put it in the mailbox out by the road!! Your kidding right. First it won’t fit, second a stamp on a parcel? It already has a postage bar code on it. I said where is the drop off box for the carrier that picks up daily? Oh it’s in the back now. OK how about you just put this in there! This is not trained help. They seemed to have gone through all the help in this little area. You need to have an atmosphere to keep good help. This little community only has so many people to draw from. Based on the so called help I have seen here the best ones are gone. The previous owner passed away and his daughter was the manager, should have gone out of your way to keep her. She knew the store and the customers. Now you have poor help and much higher prices. You need the locals especially in the off season. This isn’t Modesto.
The owner replied they don’t do the postal service anymore. Then why did she finally take my package? Is it lost or stolen? Why do you still have the USPS sign? The previous owner wanted the Postal Drop off to increase traffic into the store. It’s not the post office who wants us to drive thirteen miles down and back. Just another loss to the locals. Now I haven’t any reason to go in anymore.

The store has changed hands and the service is complete garbage. The station is no longer chevron. Nothing is marked in the store so you know what you're paying. The prices are through the roof. 10/10 would walk 20 miles to the next gas station to not spend money here
