Great shopping experience! Plentiful variety of all the Divine 9 & Eastern Star merch. Blazers, ties, hoodies, tees, travel bags, umbrellas, jewelry, paddles, wall art, car tags, and so much more! Very helpful staff. I came in from out of state and was welcomed. Met other shoppers as well! Thank you, L & O Greek Specialties!!

This place sells really nice paraphernalia but I would not recommend getting any custom para made from here. My linesisters and I got custom jackets made and it’s so many things wrong. First off the jacket is cheaply made and the color is extremely see through. Secondly, we think that they rushed making our jackets because the spacing and small details of the final design looks rushed like they just didn’t care. They definitely didn’t pay attention to detail. We ended up paying around the same price stuff4greeks quoted us for and we should’ve stuck with that company since they actually make QUALITY work. Not to mention when we voiced our concerns they acted like they didn’t want to give us our money back. So with that being said, I don’t recommend buying anything custom from them. They don’t pay attention to detail and for the price you’ll pay, you might as well use that money to support another business that specializes in custom work.

I stopped in looking for some gifts and WOW!!!! This has to be the best D9 Greek Store I have ever visited. They have everything!!! Plus the staff here is helpful and friendly. They even have split car tags which are hard to find. Stop by and check them out, you will not be disappointed!

They have nice things. However, the staff need some communication training in customer service because it is awful. I noticed if you wear pink and green, you will get treated like a third class citizen. No one spoke, smiled, or said thank you during my purchase. However, the crimson and cream that checked out before me had a pleasant experience; staff was all smiles and giggles with her. This makes the second time I have came to this store in two months and the staff was rude. I will not be back.

I was pleased with my purchase however the woman working the counter was very nasty. She did not greet me the same as her soror when she entered the store and certainly did not put in nearly as much time helping me as she did her AND didn't say ANYTHING as I was waiting to purchase until after she realized that I was upset. Loved what I purchased but if you're going to be running a business, I suggest you select individuals who are polite to ALL members of the Divine 9.

They have a great selection of Greek apparel but the young lady working the store was VERY RUDE! She was on the phone most of the time and NEVER greeted us. We asked her questions and she just didn't want to be bothered. I can't figure out why she was so rude. I had driven over an hour and was not expecting to be treating this way. I will not be back.
