Erin at Lace silhouettes has changed my life!!! I have been wearing the wrong size and style bra for most of my life. Erin fitted my size and brought me a bra to try. I looked at it with skepticism. But....than I put it on and oh my goodness. My bulges near my armpits were covered along with my back. My clothes look so much nicer without big lines where my old bras obviously didn't fit right . I was the best decision to stop into LS. That day and meet Erin. I am going to go back for more.!!!!

I would have given this place zero stars EXCEPT Erin who did my sizing and assisting me with bra shopping was so wonderful and amazing, she is a complete gem. When i first walked in i went up to the registry and the two older employees were finishing up a work convo but completely ignored me! I was awkwardly standing there and out of the corner i saw a employee with measuring tape, Erin, and she is a shinning example of customer service. Honestly if it was not for her i would have went elsewhere. This store despite my initial experience has great items from pjs, sweaters and bras. The store is at least worth checking out.

Not one to write reviews but was in Lace Silhouettes recently w/ some family on 5/13 around 5:00-5:30pm and had an interesting experience. Wanted to grab a bra since that and the pj’s seem to be what the shop is known for. Tried on a bra but it wasn’t the right fit. So I peaked my head out of the dressing room and waited for the one lady who got me the room to come back so I could ask her for a bra fitting. She seemed busy and the older lady with dark hair at the register seemed to be distracted with something so I waited. Meanwhile I’m talking to my mother in law about the sizing and the older lady with dark hair at the register made a smart remark towards us “well that’s why we offer bra fittings first”. I was not offered one btw. I told her directly “yeah I’m just waiting for the one woman to come back to ask for one” and she gave us a cold shoulder. She made some other smart remarks and gave off a really unwelcoming presence so I told my mother in law we were leaving. My MIL went back inside to ask the grouchy rude lady if she offered bra fittings herself and she said she did and my MIL questioned why I wasn’t offered one when she heard I was wanting one. Basically one thing lead to another and my MIL told this lady that she left us both feeling disrespected. This lady showed little care or remorse what we felt as a result of her. Such strange customer service. If you’re into that rude old fashioned diner waitress service that you have to go above and beyond just to get, then this is the place for you! There are many other shops in Peddlers Village with super helpful and kind staff. If you’re spending the price tag they are asking for, you shouldn’t be getting such poor service. Save your money, I know I did and won’t be going back.

I bought a bra and decided the price was exceedingly crazy… This was my second visit, but I thought I would try one of these bras come to find out you can get them online cheaper and they don’t have a return. You can only exchange or get store credit. Very disappointed. This is at the peddlers Village in PA. My first visit they were pretty rude …. But I would never definitely buy from here again, knowing that you can’t return an item even though it is brand new. $78 what was I thinking….. I should have looked online first

Purchased two bras that they helped me buy and wanted to return them as they were terrible. They wouldn't take one back because the tag was off and have me only store credit for the other. Not upfront about their policy as I was told just come back to return it if they don't work.

I have shopped here for years and bought 2 pairs of underwear with same size on each box and upon opening one box the pair inside was a wrong size. I brought back the wrong sized pair to the same woman I bought from AND she insisted I purchased the wrong size and refused the return for the right size (I was not even asking for a refund - just the right sized item that was noted by the sticker on the box - ridiculous and terrible service!) She told me I was WRONG - what happened to the customer always being right? Hate to say I had a witness with me when purchasing and opening the SAME SIZE boxes! They not only lost a long time customer with that move, but I now share this story with anyone who goes to Peddler's Village - I advise them to not patronize this store or their partner stores whom I had been a regular customer of for years. Way to go Lace Silhouettes!

Was ar Peddlers village today with my kiddo when we walked past this store. Saw a little bird made his way inside the store and continually flying into the window trying to get out. We walked into the store and took a bit to find workers as an older woman and younger woman were chatting and didn’t seem like employees at first. Eventually the younger woman asked if I needed help to which I explained about the poor bird in their window. The old woman crouched down to my child’s level and said “Should we kill it? Lets go kill it!” Smiling and laughing, directly at my FIVE YEAR OLD she told him she was going to kill the bird. My mouth dropped in horror, the other worker gasped and said “no, no, they find their way in all the time” we hurried out of the store as quickly as possible and I wished the trapped bird luck. I hope we was not murdered. We spent the drive home discussing how we NEVER harm animals, especially helpless ones in need of assistance. That poor bird. My poor child. What kind of sociopath says that to a FIVE YEAR OLD?! I’m 100% mortified of this.

Nice selection of clothing but merchandise is often overpriced. I purchased a gift here, then saw the item on sale a few days later. I contacted the store to see if they would credit me the difference, but was told they don't honor discounts from other sites - even the original retailer. Lesson learned: clarify the return policy before purchasing - they only take store credit.
