I had a wonderful experience this past weekend! It was my first time shopping at Lacoste, so I really took the time to examine their products. While browsing their fine selection, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff members and offered assistance.

Since the store was arranged so neatly, I did not opt for assistance initially; however, the offer was greatly appreciated! As I took the time to explore, I was impressed by the quality and variety of the products. I’m almost ashamed that I hadn’t shopped here sooner.

Moreover, when I did have questions, the staff members were incredibly patient with me and knowledgeable about current fashion trends which played a major role in my purchases. I was pleased to know that the staff members here were attentive to my style preferences!

Very rude people, they gave instructions to people where to wait in line, I was walking and just heard how he was talking to people and stopped to ask him talk nicer to people. This was today and you can see there are no line with 6 or less people inside the store. Teach your employees customer service.
