Wonderful customer service. Their online chat was quick to respond and right away ordered a replacement for a lamp base that arrived with a scratch. We were really impressed with the care that was taken with the shipment of the new base. It was completely covered and wrapped in bubble wrap with air cushions all around it. They made sure it would arrive without an issue.
Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Our order contains 7 items coming in 3 shipments. (we were given ship dates for all items). If you're unsure about an item, call. Sara was wonderful!

Needed shades. Can't pick a shade to save my life. Found a pair on Lamps Plus. Now I know how to pick out a lampshade thanks to Lamps Plus. Great selection and the delivery time was fantastic. P.S. Shades are from STIFFEL and perfect for Waterford lamp base,BELLINE.

I received a damaged fountain, from Lamps Plus, delivered by Amazon today. If you buy from these guys, buy from them, not Amazon. The store was 100% unwilling to assist on this. All I needed was a replacement basin. So they sell on Amazon but don't back anything Amazon sells. Interesting? Not really, but disappointing? Yes, really! I'm steering clear of these guys in the future.
