Good options for a carmel souvenir from shirt, magnet, ornaments, caps, shorts, seim attires and more. Two dressing room. When we visited they had discounts. This store has many trendy clothing styles. It has shirts, hats, sweaters, hoodies, magnets, and more! Although it could be considered pricey, it’s a tourist attraction and a great place for souvenirs. It’s about $65 for hoodies and sweaters.

The woman at the counter did not offer to help or say hello, but did not hesitate to follow me around the store as if my elderly mother and I were going to steal something. It's too bad because I would've wanted to buy something.

There are a couple of other reviews that also call out discrimination that the owner/staff have not commented on, so I'm under the impression that that's how they intend to do business rather than a one off occurrence. What a shame.

My wife and I bought a load of T-shirts and Hoodies in their Carmel store, as the choice is great. One hoody was too small and when she returned it later that day, they exchanged it, but unfortunately I didn't notice they put the same size back in the bag by the time we had reached our next destination, 200 miles down the coast. After contacting them via email, they sent a replacement hoody to our final Hotel in Vegas, plus a nice cap. Excellent customer service!

Best place to get souvenirs on the whole street! They have great designs on shirts and good quality!!! I bought a sweatshirt that is as soft and comfy as Hollister ones! They also have amazing stickers and hats. We bought all our souvenirs there on our trip!

This establishment does know the Law in regards to discrimination. Had a horrible experience there shopping with my sister for her birthday.They violated my civil rights. I hope rhey will educate themselves and their rude staff as to what is Law and our civil rights. So no one else will be dicriminated on. Store policies can not disregard established California Nondiscrimination laws even during covid. The next time it happens it will be a lawsuit.

This place was open later than the other stores which was a good thing because it was a cold night and I didn't have a jacket. I got one here really cheap and I was good for the rest of the night. The employees were nice and friendly as well.
