Had a pan that had a manufacturing defect. Store advised to call corporate for warranty. Corporate said no. Contacted store, no response probably missed it. Went to the BBB that covers SC, corporate no response.

Left a 2 star review - which Patty from the store contacted me. Swapped the bad pan out an hour later. Store did well in the end, happy to have a properly made pan.

The entire crew at Le Creuset is phenomenal! Patty, Mike, & Jason knew exactly which direction to point us in and had the perfect education on style & colors to fit our preferences. The service was top notch and exceeded our expectations when Jason offered to meet us out back with our bags, rather than making us carry the heavy products through the outlets and back to our car! We were beyond pleased with our experience and would recommend this store / the staff to anyone who is lucky enough to cross paths! Want to give an honorable mention to the freshly baked goods they had in store for us to enjoy while shopping!

Stopped in today because we thought it would be a lot more cost-effective than flying to Miami for the FTT event. Michael, the store manager, was super nice and very informative. We left with a beautiful brazer, a teapot, and new place settings that were half off. Didn't have the color we wanted in stock? No worries, Michael made arrangements to have our color choice shipped to us by the end of the week.

Don't get me wrong... it's not inexpensive, but if you take care of your Le Creuset, your grandchildren will be using it years down the road.

All in all, an excellent experience and worth the drive from Lancaster.

Le Creuset is my favorite brand of cookware, and the Pottstown store is without question my favorite place to buy. The store manager, Michael, is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Patty, who is part of the staff, is also a standout. Also always helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. They go way above and beyond to fill your needs (or wants) and remember your preferences for color and your name. Remembering a customer’s name sounds like a small thing, but it is a rarity nowadays. And a sign of excellence, in my opinion. Additionally, the store is always wonderfully maintained. No dust here and window displays that are current and a nice open shopping experience where things are well organized and easy to shop. Table and wall displays are eye catching and make sense. All in all a great store and the best people on staff anywhere :).

Ned is the best. I have been to this store 3 times. It's a 1 1/2 hour drive for us but the closest I have other than going to a small W-S, and I am planning on driving there next time I want to buy another piece. He is always very helpful, responds honestly to my questions, guides me when I'm looking at something but there's something that would make more sense for me, and is incredibly patient with my very undecided self + I love the Le Creuset things I have bought there.

Just have to say that this store has the best sales person - Ned! He was so helpful and so knowledgeable! And not only did he offer to hold our purchases while we continued to shop, but he also brought everything to our car. 🙂

Michael went above and beyond for me- more than once! I went in and the pieces I wanted were out of stock in store and Michael so graciously ordered them through the warehouse for me. Due to some unexpected life hiccups, I wasn’t going to be home to receive my package. He worked tirelessly with the warehouse to reroute my package across the country. I’m obsessed with these pieces and would have been heartbroken to wait until next year to have them. So appreciative! 20/10 customer service!
