What a fabulous experience! Staying at the resort for work and had a few hours to myself so I booked a facial and dermaplaning, but I received so much more! Quintessential and historic venue, beautifully appointed and an amazing technician! Wish I lived closer, I’d make this a habit.

My nine-year-old daughter and I went to the spa at the end of our vacation for a mani/Pedi. She wanted to have her nails done for the start of school and this was a big treat.

We paid for the upgraded dazzle dry polish, which were told would last several weeks. But within four hours, her toe polish was completely off several toe nails. I called the salon to give them feedback, and they offered for us to come back in, but we were at the end of our vacation and 40 minutes from the salon, so I had to decline. We didn't have time to redo this experience.

By the very next day, not only was her pedicure coming off, but her manicure was chipped and peeling everywhere and so was mine. We did not engage in any activities to damage the polish.

While the ladies who did our manicure and pedicure were lovely, I didn't pay $360 for polish to not even make it through the day. I just finished trying to polish my daughter's nails for the start of school and am feeling very frustrated that I have to do this when I paid a lot of money for it a week ago.

Krystle, the massage therapist was great. Always checked in to see if I was comfortable throughout my massage. The server, Teryn was a sweetie too. All the staff at the spa were great. Everything was beautiful, relaxing and restful.

This is was first pedicure since a surgery a month ago on my ankle. Perla was cautious and gentle where needed but did not skimp on the service or the pampering. With recent sutures only recently cleared to get wet, I knew Le Monds would be a safe place for me!

If I could give this place zero stars I would if that were an option. Red flags from the start. When we were booking for four girls we were able to book massages but couldn't add anything to it, we emailed and called multiple times with zero response. We ended up coming here not even knowing if they were open due to the lack of communication but we did since we had already spent the money. Upon arrival we were each given STAINED robes with an unpleasant smell. The masseuses did a very good job. We went for a steam and when my mother was looking out the window to see if the jacuzzi was open she burnt herself on a pipe that wasn't visible due to the steam. We let the girls at the front know that their should at least be a sign. The girls could care less and when asked for a manger, nobody was even working that day. There was never any drinking water in the jugs, we had to go all the way up the receptionist if we wanted to order food or drinks or try to add a service. Extremely inconvenient especially since they have a locker room phone and nobody bothered to answer. The jacuzzi was warm but not hot as they usually are. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. Everything was cold and had zero flavor. The alcoholic beverages were warm and sent in a sippy cup. This was by far not a luxurious experience which sucks for the amount we paid. The locker room has nothing for you to remove your make up or wash your face. There were about 7 towel
and robe bins all filled to the brim which was curious because besides the four of us we probably only encountered 6 other women. So basically come here for some cold food, warm beverages, subpar jacuzzi, dirty robes, dirty locker room, bathrooms and showers that don't lock and watch your step cause who knows what can possibly burn you.

Fabulous !! Clean and luxurious. The food served poolside is by far better than ANY spa I have ever visited, and my massage was the best value dollar for dollar at only $140. I won't be driving to Scottsdale for treatments anymore.

Sofie is amazing! I was in the resort for a conference and went to the salon during my down time. Once was not enough so I went back the next day to book another styling apt with Sofie. The first day, I requested for straightened hair but with waves. I came out of the salon looking like I had the most natural pageant like hair! She’s super knowledgable and kind + I felt super pampered. I was only getting my hair done but I got a complimentary hand massage and she used essential oils that were very relaxing. I remember fighting off sleep because I was so relaxed. The next day, I came back and she showed me how to style my natural curls. I always request for my hair to be blowed out or ironed straight because it’s just unmanageable. But, she showed me the right products and process. Attached is the picture of my second day. If I could pack her in my suitcase to new york, I would have. She’s definitely a go-to hair stylist!
