It looked like there was nice stuff there but we didn’t get the chance to look at anything because we walking in at 5:48 and the woman yelling at the front (seemed like she was the manager) said the store closed in 10 minutes even though it is advertised online to close at 7. She was walking around yelling at each individual customer telling them the doors were going to automatically close at 6 and she couldn’t do anything about it, and then proceeded to refer to all the customers at chicken wings to her coworkers saying it was time for all the chicken wings to go home.

Let me start by saying I'm a frequent customer and donator to the Liberty stores. A collector, not a reseller. This particular location likes to put stuff out as "display only". Over the last couple months they've had both a Playstation 3(which was gone a few weeks later) and Playstation 4 in the store connected to one of the multiple TVs. Asked an employee (with a Donkey Kong shirt on) why they do this and was told they were to display DVDs. However they had a stack of 10 DVD players in the electronic section that could of been used, as well as a DVD player on top of the Playstation 4. Almost like they were trying to hide it? Also the prices in this store are much higher than the others for the same items. I purchased a Wii console untested for $8.99 at the Quakertown location and this store had one that looked like it was drug behind a car for $19.99 untested.

Called about a question and didn't even get through it before I was transferred and then hung up on. I've donated for years... I'll go elsewhere in the future.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I find great clothing, house decor and kitchen items here. All in all for the price they ask their rewards program offsets the pricing increase. Still great pricing and watch their weekly specials! I find a-lot of brand names with the tags on them saving over 75% off brand pricing sometimes. The lady with blond short hair and glasses at check out is awesome and so is the young man with glasses. Very patient and helpful!

Disappointed by the messy state of this thrift store. Not only was the place disorganized, but their advertised closing time of 7 PM wasn't honored – they shut down at 6:45 PM. Rude workers. Frustrating experience.
This location is a dump. Go to the one up the road and enjoy.

Imagine that you drive all the way to Pottstown to thrift, send an hour digging through countless racks just a find the perfect article of clothing that you have been looking for, taking your item up to the front to check out, waiting in line for 15 minutes, just to be told that just because the item of clothing doesn’t have a tag on it you are no longer able to purchase it, and the cashier takes it away from you and tells you that they are going to put it in a truck to send it back to a distribution center to be tagged and then most likely to be sent back to another location. Liberty thrift has literally lost sight of their true ministry of helping low income families find items at a reasonable cost… So items are no longer at a reasonable price and even when you try to buy them, they will not allow you to. Absolute trash.
