I frantically called on a Saturday afternoon after my wedding dress fitting to see if they had an opening for a fitting the same day. (I know I did that completely backwards) But my seamstress recommended the shop and I’m so happy she did!!!

I was fitted that same day. Definitely learned a lot about my appropriate bra size and was super excited they carried bustier women sizes!!!! Left with my wedding bra in tote! Can’t wait to go back and spoil myself a little more in the shop!

Horrible customer service. They only carry underwires. She can't give you the size of the bra because she only knows the European size. No care instructions. Put the receipt straight into the bag. We'll make sure before you even get to the register that you 100% want the bra. No refunds, and nothing after 14 days. Tiny small print at the bottom of the receipt. She tells you nothing! Then gets nasty when you call and ask. Save yourself the hassle and go to Jeans lingerie in Pottstown. Jean has many different companies, styles, and sizes and will fit you professionally, properly, and tell you what size it is. She won't give you the excuse of she can't do math off the top of her head and tell you to look at the bra when you get home for the size. This place is the absolute worst. GO TO JEANS!

I had a fitting today. The woman who did my fitting, I did not catch her name, was very abrupt, condescending, and made rude comments (a few about my body). Their bra fitting appointments are for one hour. I left after 15 minutes, and simply said I thought I should look elsewhere. I would not wish for any woman to have that kind of experience. I sincerely hope my experience is not the status quo for Lilibea's clients.
They did return my jacket to me when I came back for it, having forgot it in the dressing room when I left. Which does increase my rating to two stars instead of one.

Rude and not courteous seems to be the common attitude of the owner and staff.
For the price they charge you would think the customer service would be good.
Read the fine print because there is no refund. I was told why did you get it if you weren't sure.

This was a great experience. I stopped in and Caitlin was super kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the different styles and brands of bras and what would look best for my body type. She never seemed pushy or like I was bothering her. As it turns out, I've been wearing the wrong size my whole life. I did meet the owner and she seemed incredibly friendly. I love love love that they donate gently used bras to Safe Berks.

So happy with my first of many trips to Lilibea's! Robin was fantastic, getting me in right at 11 so I had time to get fitted and shop a little before going to work. Fitting was quick and spot on - it felt so good to have a properly fitting bra on! The selection here is fantastic, sexy and classy, from lacey things to comfy things and everything in between. So happy to have this shop right in West Reading - you have a life-long customer here!

Such a wonderful experience! I set an appointment & was surprised that when I arrived, I had Robin & the whole shop to myself for my appointment. Robin gave me her full attention and found the exact fit. She also found some foundation shapewear that’s amazing. Before I felt ashamed of my breasts due to weight loss, age & gravity- but I’m walking taller now. Thank you, Robin. I will be back!
