I placed an order to pick up on Saturday didn't have it ready made another order to pick up Sunday and the cheesecake was a disaster it all fell apart. Called Monday to let them know and the baker said it was probably my fridge that wasn't cooling right lol and when i told him there was nothing wrong with my fridge he said that he didn't mean that, what he was trying to tell me is that the cheesecake needed more time in his industrial fridge so i told him why did he sell it to me if he knew that so he just kept making nonsense excuses. He said he had called other people that bought cheesecakes the same day I did and they had no issues with them supposedly him and if I wasn't happy with what I got just not to go there anymore, like if I needed his advice of course I'm not going there again after all that mess. Just an FYI for everyone that is considering to buy from this place.

It used to be my favorite to go place for our celebrations but after this last weeks experience I will definitely not going back. I bought two cakes to celebrate a graduation in the family and the cakes were horrible. Dry and tasteless.
