Just spent 250.00 on a few pallets just got done going threw all the stuff total msrp prolly 1800.00 . 99% OF IT IS SMASHED, BROKEN, DAMAGED, UNSELLABLE , Literally was like they took their trash and filled up some boxes. Not a single item is able to be sold i literally have a small uhaul full or garbage they should just thrown away. Pallets like this should be sold as salvage pallets every single thing was damaged beyond repair or boxes were just empty with trash.I was lied to ripped off and will make sure noone i know uses this location ! Picture shows 2 of the pallets and theres more behind only items left i can sell are small 12.00- 30 dollar items just disgusting how much is a loss here !!!!!Do Not buy from here!

This place is a mess. I was the first person to show up and check in for my 7:30 appointment by 20 mins or so. Yet they bring out other peoples pallets first at 8:00. The parking area is also a land mind for screws and nails and other metals dropped. Then we were told to move closer where the land mind by the "manager" and he had an attitude after we refused. He was dropping our pallets abd giving an attitude the whole time. Completely different experience when Eric is bringing the pallets out.

THIS PLACE SELLS JUNK !
They miss represent products as " open box" or "not tested".
I won a bid for motion lights, The one and only picture they posted had the appearance of an opened box the other looked good, leading me to believe that I am bidding on a usable product. that was not the case. both flood lights were destroyed then put back in the box to look ok. this is something the sellers could easily see and make note of when auctioning, please see the attached pics.

Been buying from these guys for six or so months now and excess of 100 pallets and have always professional! Eric and Dave… These two gentlemen are very polite helpful workers that are in charge of bringing out your orders when you go to pick up. Highly recommend this company for all your Liquidation purchasing and again thank you to Eric and Dave. they always go out of their way to help you and assist in whatever way they can

Open a new account with them. Must have accidentally opened 2 accounts, one under my personal email and the other my work email. Finally placed an order for a pallet and paid for it. Then they abruptly shut my account down. Can't log in or track the order, can't upload tax paperwork for tax exempt status. I would recommend going to be stock or another liquidation type company. Perhaps they feel they can do what they want since their contracted by the government? Seems legit.

Had to email another team and wait 24 hours for them to reply all while I have business paperwork to upload to them, but I am unable to do so. When I got an email from the verifications team they simply said I needed to delete one of the accounts. They did not tell me how nor did they solve my problem. So why waste time and company resources if you're not going to solve the customer's issue?

I wasn't going to bring them in millions of dollars but a customer should not be treated this way. I hope they're working for free because the business is not getting their moneys worth from these employees.

I purchased 2 pallets from them. 95% of items were garbage..... The most expensive items were either damaged, significantly used and worn, or were simply old junk that somebody replaced and returned in a new case. Just an awful waste of money. Literally everything was labeled as missing parts, damaged or defective. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.
