I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from these scammers. They put in pieces that are incomplete, for example if they know there is a three piece couch they will devide them and put them on separate pallets so they can fool you into thinking your getting the full products just so they can increase their profits. Pieces will also come damaged. Items on their manifest will often be not whats included with your pallet.

My Experience was Excellent. Bought 4 pallets. Scheduled a pickup for myself for the first time. I arrived at the wrong Entrance. A very nice Employee asked me if I'm here for a pickup. He gave me directions where to go and told me to text the number on the door. I followed his clear instructions. I was loaded and out of there in less than half an hour!! Beyond my expectations. Note, I arrived half an hour earlier than my appointment. Not sure if that makes a difference or not. I will be buying here again! But, remember they are human beings and I'm sure they make mistakes too. Try being in charge of thousands of pallets that all look the same to you after a while and see if you don't screw up!! Thanks again.

Be careful of what you buy. I've won several auctions and was disappointed with every one of them. Descriptions of lots aren't accurate. Beware of appliances! They are supposed to be "scratch & dent in working condition" but I had to repair every one of them to get them to be functional.
