My service during both of my visits was excellent. The representatives answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about the merchandise I was purchasing. I purchased 3 beautiful pieces. No dings, dents or damage.
The outlet was very clean organized unlike other outlet furniture stores.
Although, I will say bring a sweater, it can get a little chilly but then again it’s a warehouse.

Overall great experience from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. They had a large selection of options, prices and information was available on each piece, staff was super helpful, nice and not pushy at all. Found our couch, measured (they had a tape measure available for us to use) ordered, picked our delivery date and walked out within an hour. We were very happy, we will be back.

Workers arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Took care to make sure they did not bump any corners while going up my stairs also. They also finished in a very timely matter and cleaned up any mess made. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know in need of a new mattress.

I'm pretty happy so-far! Jaymie went out of her way to help me!
I'm amazed that the delivery procedures are so...unreal! This is not New York City! Having someone available during 2-4 days at all times or the item is supposed to be left outside!! I can see it now. A nice new sofa in the middle of my lawn left in the rain. This absolutely out of the question because most clients HAVE A LIFE!!!! That includes me! Even the utility companies aren't that demanding or unreal! I would suggest changing that advisory.

Also, the advertising material indicates delivery in 5-6 weeks while the invoice indicates 16-18 days. To me seems like this is "pie in the sky" sales speak. So Living Spaces is saying that once Living Spaces has your money it could take any amount of lag time? I'm expecting somewhere in between is more realistic! I'm not a first time client so I kind of know "the drill".
With all of the above being said, Jaymie was a real pro through it all, was very patient with me and informative with my requests!
OH! And, this comment thing is not easy to bring up! I had to "really" want to leave a comment!

Krystal was truly amazing!!! Absolutely the most amazing and helpful team member my family and I have had the true pleasure of working with!! She anticipated all our needs and was extremely product knowledgeable! I was so impressed by how well we connected with her and how understanding she was with me after telling her about how I am going through a devastating personal situation and why I was needing new furniture to start a new and challenging part of my life!
