Probably won't be back. I took my Mitsubishi Lancer there to get inspected and everything passed fine. Fast forward a month or so and I'm doing my own oil change. As soon as I jacked it up I noticed my engine splash shield (that big piece of plastic that covers the bottom of the motor) and the plastic cover for the passenger side where my serpentine belt is are missing. The shield was missing it's cutouts for the oil filter and drain plug but still covered a majority of my engine bay underneath.

Now they either fell off in the wind leaving nothing behind but the bolts underneath and I didn't hear them or feel them, someone stole it out from under my 4" high car with a parking monitoring system, or the last mechanic to touch it didn't put it all back on.

Might be wrong of me but I'm choosing the ladder since the driver side shield is still there. there's bolts put back in where the main shield was held on but nothing else. and no one picked up the phone when I tried calling.

Just warning the next guy. Might not seem as serious as your tires or suspension work but that's $150+ in parts that protects crucial parts of the engine. You shouldn't have to inspect your vehicles before and after taking it somewhere.

I was traveling for hours on R80 W on Early November 2024. Just before 161 exit, I run over a piece of wood on the pavement, I got the two passenger side tires pinched. I was able to make the exit and to the shop. I waited on the parking lot for a few hours for opening. I young gentlemen was kind enough to accommodate my request, once the shop open. I need to get the two tires on my Honda Civic fixed. They did that very quickly. The service was fast, and honest, the service very professional and courteous. I recommend this shop any time to get your tires fixed.

The local dealer installed a set of new Cooper Tires on my Jeep Renegade last fall. I went back to him and showed him the tires. He said it was caused by casting an I should not be concerned about it. But they look like they are defective and I wonder why he would install them on my Jeep.

Walked in to the store to two employees playing on their phones and sent me away for a tire patch because “we close in a half hour”. Absolutely pathetic. Don’t waste your time going there. Their phones are more important

I was driving on the interstate from NJ to IN when my oil change light came on. i pulled into a truck repair place who referred me here. i was able to get an oil change quickly and inexpensively. I was traveling with my cat and they allowed me to bring him into the waiting room in his carrier while I was waiting. Brandon and Dennis took great care of me and I really appreciate it! it relieved a great amount of stress I was having while driving with. nice clean waiting room with the TV with cable hookup is available. they're also is a gas station next to it that has snacks. thank you!
