I recently visited the Loft store at Citadel and had an unsatisfactory experience. During billing, the staff member handling my purchase was not professional. She didn’t bother to fold the clothes I bought and simply threw them into the bag. This careless attitude left a bad impression. Additionally, her demeanor and customer service were disappointing—there was no courtesy or effort to make the interaction pleasant.

I hope the management addresses such behavior and ensures better training for staff to maintain the quality of service that customers expect.

This store is super easy to shop in because it’s always really well organized and the layout is very intuitive with the manner in which I shop. I was able to find a great jacket (it’s been so cold out lately!), as well as a pair of jeans that fit me just right.

The entire staff was so warm and welcoming too, it made for a wonderful experience.

This store is located right behind Ruby’s Diner on the left as you cross Max Studio. I had to try it and see what was different from a normal LOFT retailer. Very much is different, they have better customer service and vastly lowered prices. Also, the staff were so helpful esp the Mgr Aaliyah.

Good finds but over bearing employees. My friend and I had a few people who worked there ask if we needed anything which is fine but one of them after asking said to another behind us "We need to keep asking if they need anything so we can get them going". Not really sure what was meant by that and if it was meant of all customers in general or just me and my friend. Anyways, just a weird vibe.

I love this place, I love the clothes, always shop here, it’s expensive but I just keep coming back, the associates are so helpful too , always ready to help when I need it, even if they get super busy they always manage to make time for us, the customer.
