Very clean, parking is Great. Love seeing security patrols, lighting should be more lit at night. Laundry mat is great and clean. Less homeless hanging around. Eateries are great around the Area, would Love to see more and outdoor dinning.

I'm not quite sure how long I've been going if it's a year or a little over a year but when I go in the door I have to say Merry Christmas I don't care of it February or October Labor Day as long as I get a smile out of the customers that's all we need and when I'm not there I love the owner she does the same thing she creates everyone with love and friendliness don't forget the good Donuts cuz this place is amazing

Ordered a b-day. They're all self taught so ordering out side the decor kits was a challenge. Still can't beat the price for a half sheet,cream filled and basic decoration for $28

Bum infestsed but has allot of security present which is niice and the cops r usually at the gas station as well everything there is fairly new the new gym is great and great pricing

Great location. You definitely want to dine at Thai Spoon. Super good Thai food. Drunken noodles are my favorite.
