(They didn't actually call) Below is an attached photo of the hair I'm stuck with until it grows out 😍. I love going for a partial BABYLIGHT highlight and leaving with chunky hot roots. I can't believe I kept coming back to this place, so ghetto. If you like being charged more you're quoted you'll love it here!!! They charged my work credit card once like 350$ after I specifically told which card to use, I have had to go back for an incorrect charge on my receipt and instead of refunding me they decided (without asking) that it would be a credit on my account, there services aren't even up to par with what they charge I had a bleed mark on my last head of highlights front and center. I was once charged 50$ to have TWO strands of my hair toned for under 10 minutes. It's my fault for giving thousands of dollars to a chop shop. It's completely fine for them to be late, make you late for an event, change who your appointment is with without checking with you, make u wait, and work on 2 people at the same time but make SURE your on time!!! Even if its not the time you scheduled and u got no appointment reminder.

Lords & Ladies Spa and Salon in Pottstown is my One Stop Shop for literally everything beauty and self care related. Kelsee slays my hair, Melissa is the best nurse injector out there, and Madison is a nail genius! You can get everything done in one place with the best customer service I've had in this area since we moved from DC two years ago. Highly recommend Kelsee for expert blonding and for protecting the integrity of your hair. I have very long, real hair, and it is in the best shape it's ever been in because of her time and care. Melissa is brilliant with my Botox and fillers and I would not go anywhere else. She handles everything with care and I always end up looking absolutely amazing. And Madison is incredible with all things nail!!! I get a full set and fills every two weeks and every time, they are flawless with no chipping or breakage. Don't sleep on Lords & Ladies Spa and Salon in Pottstown. You won't regret it!!!

I’ve been seeing Kayla, the nurse injector. She is the second injector I’ve worked with and she is absolutely amazing. She knows exactly what product to use and where to use it and what technique to use to get you the looks that you are going for; plus she’s also super sympathetic and allows you to take your time if you’re having trouble with the pain. She’s just all around amazing. I love working with her so much, I don’t think I’ll ever go to anybody else.
