I love cigars and was trying to find a place that had quality fine cigars and found los alamos. Absolutely great inventory and selection and amazing customer service from Natalie. Super friendly and welcoming vibe. 10/10 service! I’ll be going there for all my cigars now!

We went in for the first time tonight and Natalie was awesome. So knowledgeable and helpfull! Awesome selection and great customer service. I have other stores closer to my house than this one, but I’ll drive the few extra minutes to go here from now on.

This is the best liquor store I’ve ever been to. Hands down. Half of the reason for that , besides their incredible selection , is the owner, Natalie. What a pleasant person!!! Her customer service is top tier. I was looking for some very specific types of rum and I happened to notice she carried a brand I’ve never ever ever seen in any liquor store before . Which ended up being the one I bought . Babancourt 8. The absolute best part though was as I was being rung up when she asked me if I had everything I needed and I jokingly said “yes I I’m good unless you’ve got limes” . Said as a joke because what liquor store has actual limes Well … I’ll tell you.. THIS one does . She goes , “yes I’ve got limes”. I’m like what?!!? It might sound silly but for me it was just so unexpected and saved me a trip to the grocery store and that was worth something to me. Five stars across the board. Customer service is EVERYTHING . And this woman has it in spades. Others should take notes. Bonus points for the EDM playing in the store and for her awesome wardrobe style . Just love her

Side note: did you know they make mini bottles of don julio 1942!! Omg I didn’t until I came here!! Great stocking stuffers. They’re like $20 and the bottle is just so CUTE!

The place has amazing selection from Liquor, beer and wine, and the cigar selection. It’s amazing but the operation it’s successfully done by the management, which is from expert, which is spirits expert, beer expert, champagne expert, wine expert, and cigar very unique place! the customer service it’s amazing. Never see place like this in century. The most my flavor part is that the huge beer cooler can go in walk in the aisle with your cart ❤️
