Alexis was fantastic! Her enthusiasm for each of the flavors, her suggestions for combinations and also potential recipes - we wanted to eat/buy the whole store!
No need for formal tasting reservations - just walk in and ask to try unlimited olive oils and balsamics! Also tried some olives and whipped honey.
Ask about ice cream and seasonal flavors they may have.

I love going to local oil/vinegar shops. This one did not disappoint. Their Black Mission Fig Balsamic vinegar is liquid gold. $20 is a good price for 375 mL. They sell tons of different flavored olive oils, balsamic vinegars and more. And you can taste test them all!

Lot 22 is a really unique store, and as far as I know is the only one of its kind in the area. They offer a really great variety of different cooking oils for whatever you may be looking for, and everything is always made to the finest degree (no cutting corners). The stuff they sell really is the real deal. In addition to just selling oil though they also offer a variety of other different things such as kitchen tools, books, specialty foods, and recipes. They even offer classes you can sign up for to learn more about oil and the different kinds as well as how they are made. I would certainly recommend anyone check this place out!

I came across a gift card for lot22 that I had received awhile back so thought I would check it out, I do like to support local small business. I was very surprised and disappointed to be informed that "sorry we don't accept that kind of gift card anymore", (it was only for $25). I live nearby and could have become a semi-regular customer but won't be back.

Very nice staff, it was only for a day visit, I took down notes on specific olive oils I want. Need to order them asap. The olive oils came in light and dark versions, very tasty and I could detect the notes of flavors (just like coffee).
