I love Lowe’s Foods! You can’t beat their bakery and deli. Fresh breads and cakes that taste amazing. Really good pizzas and BBQ as well. Everyone there is very friendly and the store is always clean with a huge variety. The prices are close to the other grocery stores for regular items. The bakery and deli is a smidge more than others but you are getting what you pay for and it’s worth it.

We are vacationing in Mount Airy and loved this oasis! The smoked chicken wings in their prepared food section were out of this world! The food is all high quality, the workers nice and the store is immaculate!

Lowes is a great store with a fantastic selection of products and great produce. There are some items that are difficult for me to find, but chances are, Lowes has them. The store is clean and well-lit and it's just a pleasant place to shop.

This grocery store is excellent. Really only good things to say. Always a good experience. Good prices and sales. The staff are always kind and available with help. The baked goods and prepared foods are excelllent. The fresh baked daily donuts are my wifes favorite. We like this store very much.

I love the smokehouse Cajun chicken, and wanted to pick up a couple of pounds for the weekend. After driving 30 minutes to Mount Airy specifically for the chicken, I sadly left empty handed. I walked up to the smokehouse section around 8:40PM and saw two employees who worked in that department just behind the wall. One saw me a few times, but turned away. After a few minutes, I walked up to the two employees talking and asked if they could help me? They told me they were closed and apologized. They continued on with their conversation. I had no idea there were specific hours for this department. I have been looking for specific department hours on their website and only see the main store hours. I certainly understand their unwillingness to help especially if they were already off the clock, but it was a little frustrating being intentionally ignored.

Been shopping here for a few years. The prices are high which I was willing to deal with considering the produce was great… UNTIL this recent upgrade. Now the quality of produce is as bad or worse than competitors. Also the self-check out beeps like you are a shop lifter if you try to adjust your bags of groceries. Also now I can’t find what I used to purchase easily and quickly as it has all been rearranged. Great store ruined by ‘progress’. Not impressed. You’ve lost a loyal shopper.

I love my local Lowes Foods! Well organized, has everything I need, and is super clean. The produce section is great, and I love that I can sample coffee and even get a beer if I wanted.
