Horrible experience. My parents went with the intention of buying a new stove and when they picked out the one they wanted, which was over 800dls, they called an employee over. The male employee didn't even tried to hear them out and pretty much ignored them. My parents came straight after work and were obviously in work clothes. The male employee made my parents feel less than just because of their clothes when they were prepared to spend over 800dls. More employees saw all of this and did nothing. A nice black came over and did try to help out eventually but my parents feeling humiliated decided to leave. If you are Hispanic I don't recommend shopping here.

Employee told me to drive to Bessemer off 19th Street and argued with an employee saying it’s not the same part and there’s literally none in stock.

This Northport and Bessemer Lowes sucks.

This is a very well stocked Lowes that is easily accessible to all Northport residents! Because it's close to Walmart and Aldi, you are able to do home improvement shopping along with groceries without having to go far. Overall, a really great location to shop on McFarland Blvd!

72 years old and always have to get and load top soil , potting soil myself nobody around to help anybody. I hope the 92 year old lady got someone to help her get her mulch yesterday, I think the management sucks at Lowes as always it was like that 35 years ago, pitiful

Prices are often higher than other stores. For example, the oops paint is at least 50% higher than it is at Home Depot. That being said, the lumber is comparably priced to Home Depot but usually much better quality.

Where are the employees No carts inside store, service called twice for assist in hardware with no results, and no one to help load bags of mulch. Will be using services closer to home from now on. Good service is worth the extra $$.

Today I was in the store and I had trouble finding an item that was shown online as in stock however, it wasn’t on the shelves. So Wes and Rashonda went out of their way, spending well over 45 minutes going through pallets of inventory in the back of house to find me this item. I was on a deadline to get this item installed in my business and I am forever grateful for the experience I had with them. If you’re ever inside this Lowe’s in Northport, look for Rashonda in electrical and Wes in flooring, they’re the best in the business!!
