Once again Lucky's on California Blvd in Napa has lied about their hours. A week or two ago I submitted the correct hours with a picture as proof. It was approved. I worked in Napa again until late today at 10pm 7/5/24 Lucky's on the Google Maps app said they were open till midnight. "Wow, a big change since last time I was here" I told myself. I arrived at 11pm. Not a big change at all once I arrived at the door. Same erroneous adventure like last time I was here, closed even though the app said they should be open.

Butter for 5.99/lb? No thanks lucky. Trader joes is 3.99. Somehow lucky went to being the most expensive grocery store in town. Won't be shoping there much any more

The lucky store in California boulevard or Napa is very nice and has nice food. The lucky store on Jefferson's in Napa is awful outdated dairy products terrible vegetables outdated lettuce not a very good store

Cantaloupe appeared sweet and ripe, got home and refrigerated it. I go to cut it later on and it was rotten inside the middle

I regularly shop here so in my very biased opinion I think this store is great. I know where just about everything is and I usually am able to get thru the check out fairly quick.

Today was 06/14/2024 The yogurts was bad and it has mold it said expired on 6/12/2024 me and my son had to drive 10 miles for a refund and the employee said “oh we can’t do anything but give you a refund” when I drive 5 miles 10 miles from the store to my house and 10 miles from my house to the store and spend my gas money bad customer service ?
