Okay so I read the other reviews here and….I had a completely different experience. The woman working there was so kind and nice to my mom and I. She definitely had experience and told us she’s owned this store for 25 years! She helped us the whole time, and spoke pretty decent Spanish. We were in and out in like 20 minutes, and bought a very nice dress! She joked around with us and was so happy the entire time. They had the color and size my mom wanted, no deposits or waiting necessary like other people stated. I actually really liked the prices here. Every other store on that street charged $200+ for each dress, but this store had the same variety and ours cost $140! I would definitely come here again.

The older couple are not very polite, I mean the owners for the fashion shop, they do not give you good customer service since the elderly women hustle you into buying a dress. She doesn’t care what you want or really listens to you. She will picked for you and even makes excuses for you not to try on the dress. And that’s when she will scam you into paying for the dress to try it on. She will lie and say that they have to order it from the warehouse and in 30 minutes to an hour you could come back and try it on, but you need to do a deposit first, do not fall for this. They should let you try it on the dress for free, not be force and push to purchase a dress you’re not even sure it’s even going to look good on you. Since you already paid a portion of the dress like half of it, you later on feel obligated to pay the full price. There are nicer places in Pacific, clothing shops that they sell dresses and don’t charge you a fee to try it on. I’m surprised those two still get customers. I feel bad for the people that don’t know about their bad reputation.

If I could give this place 0 stars, i would definitely would. I’m never buying here again. The lady asked me to leave a deposit so she can bring me my dress in 30 minutes from the warehouse. When I got there. She forcefully wanted to give me a size Medium when I am a size Small. So i asked her to order me size Small from her warehouse. She was looking in the store. She was lying when she said she was ordering from the warehouse because she had all the dresses in the store. THIS STORE IS A SCAM!! She reassures you that she has all the dresses, every color, and every size. BUT SHE DOES NOT!!! I left a $100 deposit so she can get me the dress from the warehouse. I kept asking her to give me a dress size SMALL but SHE DOES NOT HAVE SIZE SMALL IN THAT STORE!!! Do not buy from this store.

Once again its a scam!!!

the owners are an Armenia lovely couple. they help you try on dresses, help you chose from a lot of styles & they even give you good prices. they are very sweet & nice. some dresses are not in the store, but they order them for you & it arrives the next day. i would consider coming here. the dresses are great quality as well

Poor quality of shoes! Material is low quality. Shape of shoe is oversized and does not fit true to size, and the soles are paper thin with minimal support. The company warehouse is located in China. They do not pay postage for any returns. Return policy is very strict and the refund rate is very slow due do time it takes to shop internationally. Initially, when requesting a refund, they offered 15% compensation and recommend using the amount refunded to repair the shoes. When declined they then increased the offer to 25%. Ultimately, the hassle and costs to return is close or more in $$ than the value of the product. Will never purchase again!

I just got out of this store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
As we walk in, the lady at the counter said "Hi, what are you looking for?" But didn't even make eye contact with us and her tone was rude. She wasn't busy at all, there was nobody else there. We told her we were looking for a dress, nothing in particular but she kept asking "What are you looking for?" Repeatedly. So We took a quick look inside and as we were heading out the store some old guy walked in and asked us if we had questions, we said no thank you and he just made this "ugh!" grumpy sound.
We felt so unwelcomed and harassed that we just wanted to get out of there.

Horrible experience. They did not want to exchange a dress my mom got for me the day before due to covid but they sure allow people to try them on, it dont make any sense. I waited 2 hours because they opened up at 12:20 just for them to say they couldnt exchange. She was rude about it too. Would not buy from here again.

Bad service, the lady wants a deposit before you try the dress. I don't recommend buying from here.
