Right off the rip i can tell you Luna and Soul is thee best wellness lounge ive ever been to. Been there multiple times now to utilize the cold plunge + sauna combo, among other amenities offered there, and every time the experience has been awesome. Kiersten, the owner, i cant say enough great things about, shes simply awesome. I feel awesome the entire rest of my day after leaving Luna and Soul. I plan to go as much as i can and would highly encourage anyone interested to go and try for yourself.

Love love Luna & Soul! It is a beautiful spa that has so many great amenities! I love the sauna and the red light therapy. There is also a cold plunge and sound baths. Kiersten the owner has made this place so relaxing and definitely a place to decompress. You’ve got to give this place a try!!!!

Whether it’s a cold plunge or sauna, Kiersten will walk you through step by step. The sound bath is a relaxing way to unwind from a hectic day. No water is involved, just sound bells and laying on a cot. Perfect for a group of friends looking for something different and relaxing.

Absolutely love the idea and thought put behind this place, it is truly a full body healing experience! From the red light room (my personal favorite), the soundbath, sauna and coldplunge, plus so much more, there is really something for everyone and always something to do to mix it up.
