Such a great experience every time we come here! Kipper was great with my toddler daughter and allowed her to play with a bath bomb and jelly so I could take a look around. Kipper was so knowledgeable with every product and we will most definitely be back! Would highly recommend !

Always a challenge dealing with the staff. Most recent experience, yesterday, Friday afternoon, greeted by some masked weirdo with an attitude, telling me they didn't ever sell large containers of a particular hair product and she would know because she's been there since August..., and she wouldn't accept the fact that I bought it just months before at this same store at Christmas time. Had to return to my car, get the larger container, and bring it in to show the two "employees". They still debated my purchase of this larger size. ? Why, I don't know. I bought two small containers, despite their attitudes and responses...only for them to discover at check out that, oh yes indeed, the store does carry the larger size, and it's listed in the store's database, just not available at the moment. Apologies? Nope, just more attitude from the child in a cloth mask. I never reacted. Never showed any annoyance. But that didn't stop the social misfit from suggesting I should drive to King of Prussia next for the larger container product. ? Are such responses even called for? I don't know who is doing the hiring for this store, but my suggestion is leave it to someone else. This is the third time I've gotten shabby treatment and attitude over what should be a simple, quick, 5 minute purchase.

It’s a much nicer LUSH store here - it always smells AMAZING and the staff are very friendly but they’re not nosy or pushy like some other locations we’ve been to.

Their holiday and gift collections are also very cute!

The workers at this Lush (specifically this one blonde young woman who went to the same high school as me) are incredibly kind and helpful. The last couple times I’ve gone, I’ve struck up conversation with the aforementioned employee and she has always been so friendly and nice despite how draining retail can often be. I keep forgetting to catch your name but you are wonderful and I hope you have an amazing final year at school!
