I came into lush looking for a gift for my little sister, I had no idea what to get! Amber was so kind and helpful and guided me through the whole selection process. I felt involved in my purchase and not pushed towards any product. She was genuine and was great at conversation! Will definitely be returning!

This beautiful Lush Cosmetics store in the Willow Grove Mall is a treasure trove of delightful scents, and ingenious use of space to display Lush’s amazing products. An added bonus was meeting Amber, the Assistant Manager, who was super friendly and helpful. I am really impressed with Amber taking the time to introduce me to some Lush products that are new to me, and for giving me a little tour of the art work (made of Lush soap)! Thank you, Amber, for an outstanding shopping trip to your Lush store!

I’m absolutely obsessed with this lush store. Every time I come in, Amber is always there and makes my experience so amazing. She is so nice, and really good at giving me samples to compliment everything I buy! I actually, come back to buy larger sizes just because of the samples I get. She really is a fantastic associate and I’m obsessed with her helping me every-time. Good work Amber! You’re astronomical on another level! 😊💕

Miss Mikayla, and Miss Rachel deserve SO MUCH KUDOS! 🥰💝 They are exemplary employees of Lush I have just been absolutely spoiled with samples to try and I gave them both a big hug. They are absolute rockstars and, manager, I felt SO welcomed and appreciated by these two girls. I have just been in the hospital for over a month, and they made me feel really special , I will most definitely be returning to this location and it's my favourite store in the entire mall. 😁👍🎉🍻

Reese was so amazing with helping me out today. I enjoyed the knowledge she gave and directing me to a product that is safe and effective for my skin ( sensitive skin ). We love Lush! We always have a great time and staff at the Willow Grove has to the best we have encountered yet! The young and and lady who welcomed us (I forgot their names) today went above and beyond today to made us feel welcomed and answered all all of my questions! They let my daughters try two products which they enjoyed so much I had to take pictures! I’m in customer service in the spa industry and was super impressed by them I had to write ✍️ a review right away! Will definitely be taking the trip back to this location again soon!
