I went to get pierced on 8/27 and my experience was horrible. Two of my already healed piercings started to puss and bleed after my appointment with her when all she did was swap the jewelry. Keep in mind, she switched out my jewelry for two existing healed piercings. When I brought up these concerns, she was very dismissive saying things like “it doesn’t look too tight for me” or “it takes time for your ears to get used to”. I unfortunately listened to the “professional” and within a week my ear was swollen, red and bloody. (See photos) I messaged her again and she finally agreed it was too tight, we scheduled a day to go back to switch the piercing to a bigger one. Instead of being concern of the state of my ear, she was more concerned with charging me $25 for the piercing size that I should have received the first time. She mentioned she “does not get these piercings for free” and “I didn’t know your ear would do that”. Instead of taking accountability I was met with defensive comebacks and absolutely no resolution. If you’re looking for low quality piercings for half the price I would recommend Claire’s. I paid $230 for a damaged ear and horrible customer service.

By the way, the address provided in her bio is not her actual location, she is piercing in the middle of a clothing store, called “ Ivori Boutique”.

I have been going to see Aida , owner of Luxe Studio, for the past 25 years and am very happy with her work on my hair. I have seen her to have perms in the past. Now I have highlights and haircut with her. Every time I leave with. Gorgeous look that even strangers on the street admire. I highly recommend her. She makes you feel beautiful when she is done. Her hairstyle is like art work. Love her 💕💕💕😻

Not only did I say, "YES TO THE DRESS", but I had the best shopping experience! I visited 3 other bridal shops and this one beats all of them.

Booking: You need to book an appoint. Yes, there is a booking fee but trust me it's worth it. You get the whole boutique to yourself.

The Vibe: I was able to try on more dresses at the Luxe Bride because Luz was very attentive. At all the other bridal shops I went to, I would have to pop my head out to see where my consultant was at (looking for other dresses or helping another customer). I am a very shy person and the atmosphere was perfect. Unlike other shops, there were not other parties peeking at you as you try on dresses.

The Dresses: I was very nervous going wedding dress shopping as many places do not have a wide variety of plus-size dresses but I did not feel like I was limited on choices! She was probably the best consultant to pin dresses. The samples were well taken care of and clean.

I used to like this place, but with the bad customer service, I am not coming back. many times I tried to get a repair appointment and they ended up not being there when I showed up. Bracelets are low quality as mine and my girlfriends have broken/faded multiple times

I visited Luxe Bride to get “linked” with permanent jewelry. I ended up choosing two chains for bracelets. They are SO adorable.
The shop is clean and bright, friendly greetings, no rushing while picking out my gold.
My friend made an appointment for us both and it was very simple, we both received email confirmations.
I’ll be back again to get more 😍

It is always such a great experience to get to see Luz! I bought my wedding dress at Luxe Bride and had an amazing experience. I was so excited to hear Luxe Bride offered permanent jewelry and made an appointment right away. There were so many options and Luz helped me find a bracelet combination that I love! I was working with a short timeline but after a tedious search, I found my beautiful wedding dress here! I came for a sample sale event that had unmatched prices. The dresses were posted online so I could view them beforehand. In person, I could tell they were well cared for. The shop is well decorated with a spacious dressing room and nice area for viewing. The owner is very sweet and knowledgeable!
