Rude fish lip lady closed the store for 47 minutes on a 15 min break and refused to acknowledge or apologize. Instead just said she deserves a break too, however not for that long. On top of that this place is closed every single time I come.

AVOID if you value your self respect.

I'm writing this on behalf of my wife.

I was shopping here and had a few questions regarding a potential purchase. I approached the manager, JULIE, who subsequently brushed me off and treated me in the most condescending manner possible. I suppose it was somehow incredibly important to her to show me that her title of "Manager" means her time is worth more than other's. In any case, I brushed off the derogatory comments and proceeded to check out...

JULIE, in a rush to get me out of the store BEFORE closing time, made a mistake while ringing up the purchases. She catches the mistake, curses, and proceeded to rudely demand I pay more, as if it were all my fault. No explanations. No proper customer service etiquette. No humanity. I pay and then, JULIE decided to try to cover her mistake by confiscating the original receipt, which I politely inform her I want. What happens next can only be categorized as borderline assault.

She takes the original receipt and smashes it down on my hand, mashing my fingers. Again, no apologies, no humanity. She then marches to the front of the store and impatiently gestures for me to leave. Are you serious?

I have been drafting a letter to corporate, but it appears no one is willing to address this issue.

I regret shopping here. Their prices are average, not really that competitive. My 9 year old niece knows more about humanity and manners than this so called power tripping manager of 5>? employees. My question to corporate is simply, how in the world can you guys promote a person who wouldn't even qualify to manage a kid's lemonade stand?

So glad they have a new staff. Haven’t been here in a couple years but needed to repurchase the Flowerbomb which is my all-time favorite! New staff is so friendly and actually helpful. Jacqueline was so sweet and patient with helping me find new skincare items.

Rude and unprofessional sales associates. They were so rude and don't even have basic respect to their customer. I'm giving 1 star because there's 0 or negative rating I can select

The Asian lady, specifically, is the one who was the rudest. She never smile, and didn't ever say thank you to any of her customer.

We were buying 4 items because there was a promotion going on. They told me that I can only buy 3 at a time. Fine. So I gave cash to my wife and was to have the second transaction. The lady was really rude and aggressively told me that I can't do that, it has to be cash out from my wife's wallet. What a joke, completely nonsense

Most importantly, they treat their customer differently based on their race. I know this is a controversial topic, but Yes,I mean it. If you are Asian, good luck on that. They will discriminate and disrespect you. When they have white customers, their attitude was so “nice” like an underdog.

This is not how you do business and how you treat your customer. Discrimination will only ruin your business and make people spread the word. You need to learn how to be a good person and know the basic respect before you get a job. That's the bottom line for everything.

Please, don't ever go to this place and get embarrassed, you have been warned.

Online it claims to be open at 10am. It's 10:32 and still not open. I wanted to be in and out but now sitting here waiting....

UPDATE: approximately at 10:42am a female worker slugglishly walks in store. Looks like a hangover. She may need some milk. Anyways, she turns on the lights, I assume at this point she is open. I go to the door and it's open, I ask if she is open and she rudely says "no" with attitude. If this job ain't cut out for you, maybe you should quit and become a vlogger on YouTube.
