I cannot say enough or be more grateful for the wonderful service from Justin at M & M Wrecker Service. It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Our GMC 4500 blew a hose and lost all of our coolant. We were stranded just off the highway luckily on the ramp. Within just over an hour Justin was pulling up to tow us. It was 100 degrees out. He had come out of the field working to get us. He towed us to K & D Repair Garage in Hope, AR and then was kind enough to take us to a hotel. You just dont get customer service like that anymore. Thank you Justin. By the way K & D Repair Garage did a great job at a great price being Labor Day.

Best of the best I would recommend everyone if u need help call them I was stuck on the side of the road and no one would help and they came out and got me rolling for cheap and fast had to weld a dam air ride steer bracket and they did the job

M&M towing was quick to respond and true to their word they were there 20-25 mins as they said … I just neeeded a quick tow because I was stuck in mud due to heavy rains and they charged me well and did a quick pull. Justin is the driver who responded and was a good guy

Came in early on a Friday for engine misfiring. We were helped right away and found it to be a wiring/electric issue where the harness was loose. Reasonably priced and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Great service

Called Nick at M&M after trying Loves and T/A who both were a couple hours from being able to even come out. Was storming and pouring rain and the top of a tree had fallen into the roadway and had zero chance to avoid completely, broke the coupler off air tank for transmission, Nick was able to have me back on the repaired and back on the road in about an hour. Unfortunately it was at a cost but he was honest and it was raining and he was very efficient. Thanks for the great road side service and understanding $500
