Great souvenir shop! I got a bunch of stuff a very reasonable price, everything was good quality!

Today, we visited this gift shop as a family to do some shopping. My husband politely asked if we could negotiate the price, and the shop owner at the counter kicked us out of the shop and called my husband stupid. He was very rude, yelled at us, and when we asked him to be polite, he mocked us. We won't be going back there again.

My first time When I visited this store to purchase souvenirs, I had a positive experience. However, when I returned to buy a shirt on another day, I encountered a frustrating situation. It's common to want to check logos and colours, especially when all the same-sized items are displayed together. I pulled out three clothes to examine the logos and sizes because not all of them had the same shape, despite being labeled as 'M.'

During this process, a gentleman approached me and spoke in a language I initially couldn't understand. After a moment, I realized he didn't speak English and was attempting to communicate using hand signals. It appeared he was trying to convey that I couldn't continue inspecting the T-shirts. When I asked him how I could check the logos, he simply gestured 'No,' which left me feeling frustrated.

In the end, I decided to leave all the items I had intended to purchase and explore other stores. If a store expects customers to examine and search for logos, they should reconsider their display methods. It can be challenging for customers to guess the designs, and this experience left me with a negative impression of the store.

This place was amazing! They person who assisted me was super nice! I’m actually here cause I’m praying that someone who works here sees my review and recognizes my name. There was an employee who was so nice and I wanted to be their friend and ask for some sort of communication but I was too shy. If they don’t recognize my name, I’ll say this: I bought a hoodie there on 07/31/24, I also bought 5 charms and a Statue of Liberty with a little clock. This store is very clean, reasonable priced items, owner and staff are friendly. It’s a one stop shop for tourist items.

Do NOT come here- there are a ton of souvenir shops in the area that sell the exact same things with much better staff. One of the workers followed me around the entire time asking if I was sure i had the right size, and later told me TO MY FACE that I was "too fat" and needed a size large (not that it matters but I am literally a size small so idk what his deal was). This was on my last day in NYC and really ruined the entire trip- I didn't know how to react because who even says something like that? Don't come here unless you enjoy being judged by your appearance. I've never had anything like this happen to me and it caught me completely off guard

We had a flight in a couple of hours and stopped by to quickly buy souvenirs. The man attending us took a very long time to assist us, we were ready to pay and he kept taking forever. Once he finally was ready, we asked him the price of the items since they weren’t labeled anywhere. They were very overpriced, so I offered a deal for a couple dollars less. He said “No, I don’t have time for this” and left. This interaction was all under a minute and I had asked nicely while he treated me and my family rudely. We weren’t about to wait 20 minutes again for him to come back, so we quickly left after he had wasted so much of our time

I was trying to buy a souvenir and an Indian guy that owned the place assaulted me with a metal bar. These people are disrespectful and dangerous. Avoid at all costs.
