Was here at the last day of the VIP sale to buy some bedding accessories, they are worth for money.

Besides, Naomi at the check-out was awesome, patiently help clarifying my wife's queries ( not only to us but also to the one in front of us in the queue) and help us to get all we wanted to buy.

I waited in line with several pieces of clothing in the children's dept. There were 2 cashiers on either side of the checkout desk. I waited patiently for my turn. But when it was my turn the cashier just looked at me and left.. thwn I saw her take a folding chair to someone selling a 3rd party item... and she didn't come back. Didn't say anything to me... Like, "hey I know you were in my line, but Im leaving" (would have been nice) So, I then go to the other side and got in line while the elderly cashier moved at a snail's pace making conversation with her customer. Folding each clothing item as if we're crystal before placing in the bag.
Another customer came to the other side and put her items on the counter and someone came right to help her. I'm a patient person usually, and I had several items to buy. But, I plopped them on the counter and finally spoke up that I had been waiting .. and waiting. And left. Management.. talk to your employees in children's dept to have better customer service. Mainly the first cashier who knew I was waiting and just left me standing there with all of those clothes for my grandson.

On Monday Nov 18 around 6pm, my daughter and I went to go look for shoes here at Macy’s and there was absolutely terrible customer service. There was a young girl with a piercing that ignored us and made rude faces at us while we asked for help. If you want to shop at a place with rude and cold employees… this is your place!

We went to look at a table at this location and were told we had to order it online. We ordered it and it came used and damaged. We bought this dining set and the boxes came destroyed like they had been through a hurricane. 1 of 6 chairs came assembled and everything in general came damaged. There was a 4 inch scratch on the dining table and wood and material peeling off of everything. We wanted to return it 1 day after delivery and were told we had to wait 3 weeks for an inspector. The inspector came and said that was the design without looking at everything we pointed out parts and they ignored us and refused to look at everything. We would tell him something and he would say that's the design. Big scratches and wood lifting is not a design. Macys then tells us from the pictures they can only provide a discount but no refund when it looks all used and damaged. We had to talk for 2 hours and escalate it and the best they offered was us paying almost $300 to return it. It's a cheap price for the table but we were not expecting it to be used or damaged. Now we are out that money and we had to get a dining table from elsewhere. Go to American Furniture they have better options and way better customer service if something comes damaged they replace it immediately at no cost.

Right now there are additional savings due to students going back to school , & summer coming to an end. There is still a great selection of summer clothing. The employees let you shop in peace.

We bought our new furniture at Macy's in Scottsdale and the delivery people were wonderful. We had Edwin and his co-worker deliver our couch and chair and they were so helpful in delivering it and helping us place it in our living room. They came during the appointed time window and called just before they arrived. Another great delivery experience with Macy's!

Really nice Macy’s. The steps are kinda small getting to the door.

There is 2 floors.

I love online shopping! You can return items in store. Also you can pick up items as well and order them online. Pretty good cause you don’t have to walk the whole store for something. Also there’s a couple of parking spots for pick up orders only.

Love that Macy’s has great sales. Just found a jacket that’s like $300 for $38.99! Also dress pants that are $170 are now $28.99! Great deals!

Brooches are on sale too. Usually $27, now $11.

Excellent care provided by the online pickup staff. Very personable and quick service provided. The Clinique staff was so friendly and attentive.
