This place is not fancy, but they have good prices on used vehicles. So much of what I read in the other reviews sounds like people really need to manage their own expectations. With any sizeable purchase, the responsibility ultimately lies with the buyer to do your research, due diligence, and read the fine print. Ask a lot of questions. My experience was a good one. I called two times before I arrived to make sure the car I was interested in was still on the lot. That’s still not a guarantee. They could sell a car in the time it takes me to drive the 30 minutes to the lot. You have to be prepared that you might not get the car you were initially after, and be prepared for other vehicles, or to wait a little longer for the right car to come along again. A few things to note for people preparing to buy a car from here.

1. They do not have on site financing.
2. They do not have on site tag and title service

You’ll have to do a little driving around between Plymouth Meeting and East Norriton if you choose to finance. So be prepared for a couple of hours of paperwork. The process was mostly pretty smooth.
There are a few little things they could do to make the overall experience better. I’ll just mention one as an area for improvement. The car had no gas when I drove off the lot, like gas light on. Not a huge deal, but just a small touch that would make a customer experience a little better. Overall a positive experience though, I got the car I wanted for the right price. I was pleased that they were willing to negotiate a little bit.

Sold us a vehicle in transmission failure. Their 30 day power train warranty covers "repairs". Each time I drop it off, their mechanic finds nothing wrong with it. This same mechanic put inspection stickers on this car even though the brakes are grinding into the rotors. You will likely have better luck and a more responsive seller through Craigslist.

Nice staff but either really shady or don’t know the first thing about cars. Horrible mechanic that they are using!!!!!! Unbelievable what condition they will pass for inspection! Not bad deals but take it to your own mechanic and do your own inspection because this guy will pass anything. Bought a used car that their mechanic had inspected and it needed all four breaks and rotors replaced.

The most fraudulent used car dealer I have dealt with in 20 years. Did not provide documentation of sale until we requested. Had us test drive a car at dusk with no working turn signals or headlights. Never processed proof of sale paperwork to transfer the registration and sold us a car that needed over $1000 worth of emissions work that was masked by the mechanic during the inspection. Better Business Bureau will be contacted, these guys are the worst and probably conducting business outside the confines of the law.

Purchased a vehicle here in November 2017 - since then I have been able to put fewer than 800 miles - almost of which was testing after recent repairs. It has been at a dealership for service since March - and I have given up on it. First check engine light came on after my 70 mile drive home - and the car was in the shop until after the new year. Car never made it more than 100 miles without another code popping up and needing additional diagnosis and service. I never called MainLine to complain as this is largely my fault trusting these hucksters and for not getting a pre-purchase inspection. I figured they wouldn't give me any consideration anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if this place gets threats constantly from people that cannot afford to walk away from a bad purchase. Car was for my high school son - have since found a reliable car and will take almost a total loss on this one. UNLIKE MAINLINE - will disclose all the known problems to the next buyer that might want to take on a project car - or I will junk it. I should have trusted my first instinct when I drove on to the gravel lot, which was ' never buy a car from a place like this'

I manage a small nonprofit Athletes with Disabilities Network serving area veterans and disabled community members with limited funding and were taken advantage of by this dealership. Lost all faith in this car dealership with its failed promises again and again. Mainline Autoplex LLC has let us down. 10 weeks and counting and they still have not fixed the vehicle we purchased from them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They promised to fix the vehicle in one week and its been 10. The first day we picked up the vehicle the engine light came on. They don't have a dependable mechanic, nor do things in a timely fashion or keep promises made. When we contacted the manager we were told they don't give back refunds. They don't respond to emails either one you have an issue with your vehicle or state what they are fixing. We have constantly been given excuses. Now after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they have moved locations from Plymouth Meeting to Bensalem.

The sales people here are unbelievably nice. They are patient, down to earth and work hard to give you a great deal that fits into your budget. No high pressure sales here. They have a ton of great looking cars! No downside, happy all the way around. Would buy from them again.

They sold us a car that we later found out had actual zip ties holding its parts in place. In no way would it would pass inspection. I asked several times and was even willing to negotiate to pay for any major repairs needed. They looked me in my face and said they would never put a car with major issues on the road....ZIP TIES? But, You would put someone in a car with ZIP TIES holding it together?!?!?!?!?! Don't buy a car from here!
