Mostly unspoiled so far yet on its way to the administrations way of carnage

I am more economically and practically aligned with the stores in this plaza than the stores in the Malibu Country Mart (on the opposite side of the Pacific Coast Highway). The stores here are diverse, and cater to my every day needs realistically. The store clerks are helpful and friendly and not expecting the patrons to be driving $200,000 cars (although they would not hold it against you if you do).
