Katharine Mallory did our original will and documents in 2007. On 2012 she told me it was time to review our will and make any necessary changes. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. Not to say that I’m a big time procrastinator, but I finally reached out to Katharine to let her know I was ready to update our documents. I was having surgery in 2 weeks and thought it was a good time to get this done. She was knee deep in another project, but turned us over to her partner, Buck Mallory. He met with us, gave us great advice on how to handle our “estate” with the least amount of tax consequences or headaches for our loved ones and had all the documents completed and notarized days before my surgery (which gave me great peace of mind). I was so impressed by the speed and efficiency with which it was handled. But I was especially pleased by how the team made us feel. We are obviously not big time legal clients, but everyone made us feel important and cared for. These are very good people and I heartily recommend them to anyone needing legal services. You will be in excellent hands!

My experience thus far is not 100% satisfactory. There seems to be a bit of a communication gap. We are still early in the process and I am hopeful that this will change before March 15 enabling SIMS, LLC to proceed with closing.
