She helped us sell our condo very quickly and she really worked hard to to say on top of everything. I have had the opportunity to work with Lauren and Alex as they helped us purchase our condo, as well as their ongoing management services. They have been wonderful throughout the whole process. During the purchase, they were very responsive, answering calls and emails in the evenings and the weekends. They have also helped us to "stage" our property. They first measured our condo, so that we knew what size of new furniture to order. As we had new furniture delivered, they arranged it in the condo, since we don't live in town. They have given us recommendations as to other service providers, such as painters or curtain sellers. We often ask them to help in letting in painters or getting small things fixed, and they are always responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for these types of services!
