This company was recommended for window replacement. Not much choice in the area, and it seems much of mammoth was built 30-40 years ago with wood window frames that warp in heavy weathering. Very, very long process to get new windows, about 1.5 years. This was true before pandemic I have learned from neighbors working with them. It seems not many want to join forces with window installers Not sure why. The last thing was the surprise ~$1100 extra for lumber and materials that they forgot to include in the bid (which seemed outrageous to me as it was). Maybe the above is "normal".

Paid $140 to replace glass in a small window we dropped off. Only took a day or two. On one side of the window they reused the very old seal, on the other side of the window they used a seal that didn’t go around the window completely. There was at least one corner screw missing holding the corners of the window together, and most of the corners didn’t look flush.

This company is extremely unreliable and not worth your time. Unreliable because for 7-months they said they'll be out soon to replace a sliding glass door frame but never followed through after contacting them six times. How can someone do business like that while talking out of their posterior every time contacted.

Dropped a simple screen door off a month ago, gave us a time frame of “a few days.” Never heard from him, called multiple times. When we finally got ahold of Damon, he said our item was ready and we could pick it up today. Showed up and he hadn’t even started. We waited 30+ minutes for him to finish it on the spot. Waste of time.

Worst customer service ever. Bad even by Mammoth standards. 5 phone calls over 3 months and they still haven't given me a simple quote to replace a single window. A year ago they at least eventually repaired a window although it took 3 months. Avoid at all costs!

I've used Mammoth Screen and Glass twice in the last 2 months and both experiences were great. Great customer service, quality work, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Do not go close to these people.
Horrible, Horrible service
It took them six weeks to give me an estimate.
Paid the deposit, and 2 months later and after numerous inquiries they told me that they had not put the order for the glass….
Who are these people, lol
