Best Fijian Market in the Bay Area. I get my fresh meat and Fijian fish from here. Awesome deals and these people also sell kava which is another plus point to this store. My husband and I love shopping at Mangal’s.

I really like the customer service here, contrary to what I'm reading from others. They're friendly to us every time my wife and I come in. The prices are reasonable, and I've found zero issues with the meat quality. I'm frankly very surprised that so many people don't like this place as much as we do. My only complaint it that sometimes they don't have the big, non-sweet plantain. That stuff is hard to find! 🙂

I called this place cause it says they are open at 10am..a lady answered and said that they aren't open till 11am. I said, Ok fine then change the time. The lady answered, No cause goggle makes the time they are open and it cannot be changed. Really? Goggle can just make up random time a business is open and it can't be changed?!? I guess the lady thinks I was born yesterday. BTW there isn't a recording to say specifically the hours of operation..I called. But was rudely told that there is and was hung up on. I was going to spend $$$ here but not anymore!!

Zero customer service skills, little kid wanted to use the restroom very urgently, they said no, we spent $500.00, please learn to be human beings and be considerate about others needs. Extremely rude people and would never recommend anyone to this business.

Reviews don’t lie. These people act like they are doing us a favor. Won’t be shopping here again. Zero customer service skills and when you ask a question dude replies in a rude manner. They deserve 0 stars. If you are miserable don’t be in front of store.

The lady that works there needs to work on her manners. I went in there today to buy green bananas. Traveling from Manteca to San Leandro. I had my face mask on but my severely disabled son had his face shield on as he cannot wear a regular face mask due to him not being able to breathe and choking because the masks goes in his mouth. She told me that she could not serve me and to take him out which I did. When I was almost out the door she loudly tells the next customer that maybe she shouldn't bring her son out of the house if he can't breathe and laughed. I'm so sorry that you think need to keep my son at home because he is disabled but I have a life and am not going to hide at home. Also don't you think I would think about leaving him but my husband was at work and so there for I could not do that. I want to say a special thank you to the Fijian guy that was there to help me. He offered to get the bananas for me. Mahalo nui sir!!

Honestly, I was about to start shopping here to get the bananas but I will not bring my business here anymore, I will also tell ALL of my friends and family who shop here to take their business else.

I should have listened to the lady who was waiting outside with me for 2 hours for them to come back from lunch. She warned me that the lady is beyond rude. Rude is a understatement.
