They have a sparce selection of items. Maybe they'll grow as they go. But, I travel to Philly for my beauty supplies.

Your hours need to be updated. I came to the store at 740 because google says open till 9pm please update! Drove all the way from Levittown PA! A whole 30-40 mins drive. Thats ridiculous. PLEASE UPDATE HOURS!

For the amount of junk that’s tossed all over the place, they follow you around because they have so much mess all over the place. I brought a pack of hair from them, it was dry rotted old!! I don’t recommend these types of products without checking first . People who work here are nice, I think they follow folks because they have so much mess all over the place they DONT know what they have in the store! Junk tossed on floors in isles just a mess!!

Worst experience ever!
Got there at 6:30. They are open until 7:00. Yet once you there they telling you to leave at 6:50. I was reminded 3 times in 10 minutes.
They will not let you try a wig (even if you use new cap). You cannot return, so How can you buy something without trying? That was complete waste of my time.

One of the last stores at this strip mall. The store is stocked but a little unorganized. If you know what you want, they most likely have it.

So far so good. Pleasant owner....has good specials and he is willing to work with you if you are short a few dollars.
Also, I had to return tw o purchases bc I misunderstood what the prices were. I had left the store and was on my way home when I saw how much I was charged. I immediately went back to the store and spoke with the owner. He reimbursed my money without hesitation or an angry attitude. He then helped me to find another purchase that was within the dollar amount that I had intended on spending. I have had bad experiences in the past and stopped shopping in these hair stores. If there was an issue or some type of discrepancy we usually get a lot of backlash, but surprisingly the owner was very pleasant and patient and appreciate that. I expect, as a consumer, to be treated with the respect and courtesy that is due every customer, especially if I give the same.

Customer service is great but it’s clear that the prices are entirely too high. I literally watched the employee key in a random price at the register but act innocent. Sadly I had to choice but to purchase the item due to being short on time. I wish this type of behavior wasn’t so. It’s not cool to try to get over on people.

Now here is a true hair supply store with great care for people from all walks of life. They make you feel welcome and they're open every day except for Sunday due to religious services. I highly recommend them.
