Sunday early evening ~5:30pm, I was the only one in the drive thru so service was very prompt. The young man working there was friendly and courteous. Prices were reasonable.
Latte with extra espresso shots and hot cocoa were delicious - especially on such a chilly evening.

Wish I could say what the food tastes like. Arrived with one person in front of us and after 20 minutes of waiting we finally gave up and decided to back out and leave. Right as we left we saw their order, two small drinks. Very disappointed with how long we waited, heard they were good but never got to see for otherselves.

Passing through yesterday and damnnnnnn waited like 20mins in a line of 3 cars… the car in front of me waited sooo long they turned their car off.. I had a schedule to keep so I left but as I left I saw that the car at the window Only had 2 small drinks?! Why did 2 small drinks take 20+ mins.. was the cow or goat being milked?

I’d give more stars for the food but we never got the chance to get anything and since we were passing through I don’t think we ever will…

Beyond the excellent coffee and killer apricot-almond croissant, this place is hygienic - as in, following appropriate health cautions during a pandemic (as opposed to neighboring businesses who are not compliant). These people care about their customers! ?

Marcel's Drive-Thru is a place I want to love because it is just down the street. They make a great red-eye coffee but I haven't tried other flavors. Each time I've been there has not been anyone else there (in line), which has made for prompt service. Each time we have had a different barista, but the service has been excruciatingly SLOW. I am not sure what the hold-up is each time I drive thru but you had better plan on allowing way more than than you'd expect to get your order. For relatively run-of-the-mill coffee, you'll be waiting a while.

The girl working is nice, but service is sooooo slow. I've tried going several different times and different days but even when no one is in line you're going to wake 8-10 mins per drink. Waited 15 mins for 2 red bull. Had to pay on cash app since their card machine was down. Also she's sometimes juggling a baby which makes service even slower. Love supporting the small business but it's a hassle. Also.... Come on, 5 ice cubes in my red bull. It's literally warm
