Veni was excellent and helped us a lot with structuring playground, recommendation on leveling, features of the playground and trampoline. Playground and trampoline came within 2 weeks and was installed quickly. Quality of playground is great. Highly recommended!

Marin Backyards has been a great company to work with. I live in Kansas and was needing a 14’ slide. I found one on their website. Before spending this amount of money, I reached out to customer service. They were prompt and thorough through the whole purchase. We purchased the springfree trampoline with them in 7/2022. We LOVE it! The kids and their friends and even adults enjoy using it. Marin Backyards made it very easy for us to purchase with very competitive prices. Installation was very smooth process and they were on time and super helpful.

This review is actually for the AFTER service. With all the crazy storm the bay area has been experiencing, our trampoline was able to withstand the rain, but it flew and got caught in between our light post and the gate. The poles were bent and it looked pretty damaged. I didn't know what to do so I called Marin Backyards back to just ask for advice. I spoke with Veni and he told me to send pictures. He said he would send an installer asap and get this taken care of. He said he will be able to figure out the parts that were needed if broken, etc. The installer was sent out a few days later (waiting for a break in the rain). He came out was able to dislodge the trampoline, get it back into shape. He brought some extra pieces and was fix it and make it brand new! Plus he left additional pieces for anchoring for us so it wouldn't happen again. I had to go to a meeting and was waiting for a bill for all of this. Veni said there was NO CHARGE?!?!? Unbelievable. I have NEVER seen service like this especially in this day and age when everything gets nickel and dimed. They truly care about their customers and treat them like family. If you want your purchases to be well taken care of if issues arise later on, they will be there to help. We are truly grateful for their amazing service and care taken to come out all the way down the peninsula to get this fixed for us. The kids are super happy now. =) Thank you Veni, Marin Backyards and the installer who came out all the way to help us! Must support companies like these who truly care about their customers!

We just bought the Creative Playthings swingset and had Marin Backyards install it in our yard. Veni provided great customer service, answering various questions about the product and installation. Installation was great and kids are happy with the swingset.

Marin Backyards has top of the line alley oop trampolines, great service, and amazing staff. They were super responsive to all of my questions and installed the trampoline very professionally following all physical distancing guidelines and were super safe during the installation period. Their website is also very helpful and they have amazing prices!

Incredibly slow processing and shipping. Processing almost 10 days, shipping: over 20 days, or more than a month, who knows. Not if I ever get my order that I paid over $1k for.
