The team here is amazing. They went above and beyond to help my mother and I get into a beautiful new Rav4. Having so many negative experiences in other dealerships left us down and feeling trapped in our current payment on our vehicle. Don't buy cars here they sell you stuff you don't need. They slack on maintaining the vehicles. They don't honnor the warranty. They make you wait until your warranty expires then bill your insurance. More excuses than service..

I had wonderful maintenance experience with Alex during the 2 years I lived in MDR. Alex is honest and decent. He always explained every service item clearly and avoided unnecessary cost. The price for service is the most inexpensive comparing to the dealerships when I was in east coast and Washington.

I usually never write reviews, but I feel that I need to share this recent experience.

I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for years because of their reliable service, but my recent visit left me deeply disappointed.

After losing my key, I had my vehicle towed to them to have a new one programmed. They claimed an $8k fix was necessary as they could not program any new keys and stated I needed to have the vehicle computer system replaced.

I received a second opinion from a locksmith company that resolved the issue for a fraction of the cost and didn't require any unnecessary "fix", as reported by the dealership.

Nonetheless, I discovered two fresh dents on the right side doors after taking the vehicle. No one bothered to mention them and it should be noted these damages were absent prior to my visit, indicating they occurred while in their care.

The dealership's dishonesty and failure to disclose the damage are deeply troubling. Despite leaving my vehicle with them for two weeks, not once did they mention the incident.

Moving forward, I am pursuing legal recourse to have this matter handled. It's a shame to see such a reputable dealership fall short of its standards.

I am an UberEats driver that deliver food starting at $3 per delivery.

A lot of delivery drivers use Toyota Prius hybrid for the efficiency. And I goto the least expensive mechanics and I suggest them to get parts at the dealership.

However, I went to get oil filter that costs $3 to $9 online and at some Toyota places only $4.

However, this dealership part department charge me the highest price $9.
Wonder if he works on commission like I do and with spending on his own car.

I do not recommend mechanics to shop parts at this dealership.

I had to swing by the dealership close to closing time. I usually only interact with people on the service side. A service light had gone off but I couldn’t navigate to the information panel. I had to be up very early the next day to drive and was worried about it. Rudy was amazing!! He was so helpful and kind. He helped figure it out. He went above and beyond even for something so small, which speaks volumes. It was a huge sense of relief - I am very grateful!

I came here to buy a car with my brother and a friend. We ended up buying the car for me thinking it was a clean car like it was advertised to us but nobody ever mentioned that the car had “Lot Damage” and it was repainted very poorly from roof to the front bumper to the trunk, almost everywhere.

When we came back they said they did not have to disclose anything about the car and acted like we are the ones who are at fault for getting the car. Super weak experience and they absolutely do not make it up to the Toyota standards, for treating customers like that and hiding important stuff. l will not let those guys scam us like that. And nobody should as well. Go to any other Toyota and you’ll be better off l promise.
