I am a Google Guru. I LOVE to leave folks positive feedback who deserve it, and let others know why NOT to waste their time and money with other companies!!
That being said… I have nothing but negative things to say about this business. I am a single mother who just moved here from North Dakota. On Sunday, my sons and I went to Louisiana to shop. We had a blowout at the state line. On Monday (07/08/24), I paid someone to take me to find a tire on my lunch hour. I work from home and took an early and extended lunch break, to fix my tire. This business is closed from 11 to 12 for lunch, and they STRONGLY enforce that lunch hour, rather than staggering lunch breaks, (like most all companies do)! Here’s the worst part… Me and the gentleman I paid to bring me to this tire shop, sat outside the locked door and called the shop. My hopes were to explain my situation, see if anyone was willing to help me, as this were my only time and option. Being from out of town, I didn’t know anyone who could bring me back at a later time. The person standing at the front door looked down at the ringing phone and simply ignored my call all together, rather than having the common courtesy to answer and saw anything at all. Very disappointing! I went to Walmart auto who got me in and out. It was really Martin tires loss, because today being payday, I went back and got the other 3 new, matching tires to the one I bought on Monday.
I’ll never try to bring my business here again!

They was so nice and sweet when I took my vehicle to them . It’s was my first time and they really took care of me of vehicle. They price was reasonably and I have told family and friends about them and I will be going back again
