Kevin was excellent to work with. After an annoying experience at a different store (looking at you Mattress Warehouse), My husband and I were greeted by Kevin. I told him what we were interested in and the price range we were aiming for. He showed us a bunch of great options right away. We did plan on stopping at one more store while we were out, so we ran there briefly but ultimately came back for the PERFECT mattress at Mattress Firm. What I appreciated most, Kevin wasn't pushy and didn't hover.

Great experience through and through. Both salesman I worked with were great guys very personable and had great knowledge they were able to share to help make my decision. I thought mattress stores were a thing of the past and I couldn’t have been more wrong. Take the time to go and get a great mattress.

I came into look for a new mattress after ordering a Helix mattress that didn’t work well for me. Kevin helped me pick out a mattress that I liked and was very knowledgeable. He explained why I might not have liked the helix mattress and let me test the variety of mattresses in store to let me figure out what I wanted. He didn’t push me to buy anything and let me have the time to test the mattress and pillows I wanted to buy. He was very friendly and I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking to buy a new mattress.

Kevin is an excellent salesman. I liked how he handled multiple customers at the same time. Greeting each person as they entered and then directing them to the brand of mattress they were interested in all while continuing to take care of us. We were very happy with the queen Tempur-pedic we bought at this store several years ago and now we wanted the same in a king size. He took very good care of us and rewarded us with one extra free gift for being patient and allowing him to ring out another customer who knew exactly what they wanted instead of making them wait for our purchase to be written up.

Mattress firm was awesome. They showed me so many different options and worked within my price range. My sales person listened to what I needed for my husband and myself and matched us with a mattress and frame that fit our needs. Highly recommend!

After shopping several stores, I stopped at Mattress Firm and met the manager Kevin. He was simply the best! He did not just try to sell me the most expensive mattresses even though I ended up buying an expensive tempurpedic and adjustable base it was because he helped me understand why it would be so good for me. It ended up being my decision not his. Thanks Kevin. I will recommend everybody to you!!

Kevin the manager was the salesman that helped me. He went above and beyond in terms of customer service, giving me the best options that worked with my budget and never pressuring me to buy anything, he just gave me all the info i needed. He is also extremely knowledgeable on the actual health benefits behind certain mattresses and pillows based on how you sleep at night. overall the experience was amazing and the people here are awesome, i would highly recommend buying from these guys.
