I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Mattress Firm, all thanks to Garry! My dad recently had heart surgery, and finding the right mattress for his recovery was crucial. Garry went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. He was incredibly helpful, accommodating, flexible, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Not only did he take the time to understand our specific needs, but he also worked out the best deal possible—making sure we didn’t feel financially overwhelmed with our purchase. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their customers the way Garry does. His excellent service did not go unnoticed, and if I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Gary was our sales representative and he was really nice and professional. He greeted us as we came in and asked what kind of mattress we were interested in and informed us the different kinds of mattresses they offer. We asked if we could just look around and he did just that. We bought our Serta mattress there that day and we love it. It's very comfortable. I would recommend going here to see Gary he was a really nice guy and kind, informative and not at all a pushy salesman! We would definitely come again here to buy a mattress.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door in Menifee. I was welcomed by Garry. He was very knowledgeable and very patient as I was choosing 2 mattresses. One for my mother who was going to a memory care facility. And one for me. He graciously had the mattress on hold in the warehouse until I can get her placed. I can appreciate that, as the process took several months. All the staff were helpful each time I needed to push the date out. Sam, Patrick were also very kind and helpful. I have shared my experience with several people and would recommend going back.
