Carlos was exceptional friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses in stock. Gave us all the knowledge and didn't pressure us at all about which mattress to get. Even found a listing that was incorrect and honored the better price.

Came shopping for one twin mattress, ended up buying two to replace another one at home because it was such a great experience.

Went in to get twin xl mattresses and Jillian was very helpful explaining and showing us the various options patiently all while answering our numerous questions. They offer Haul away along with free next day delivery. Our deal was further sweetened with the free adjustable base eliminating the need for a box spring and metal stand.

So I think it's important to call out that no one really enjoys buying a mattress. Generally cause it's expensive, the feeling of being unsure if it's the right firmness, etc. But my man Carlos - this guy made my wife and I feel comfortable and very satisfied with the price point and the value we got. It's a big investment and I felt like Carlos was trying his best to make sure we were taken care of and I feel like he did that for us.
