Ryan was a great help at the store. Very patient and helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. Very happy with our mattress delivery. Fredy and Juan were awesome! John at the Morgan Hill store went the extra mile. Our mattress of 42 was no longer holding up- they don’t make them like that anymore. We were searching for the comfort of our old mattress. He had us try a mattress, asked what we liked or didn’t like about it then suggested the next one tailored by our comments. He fine tuned our comments until he narrowed our choice to the perfect mattress for us- the mattress with firm support with plenty of padding, like sleeping on a firm cloud. He got us a.great deal! When the mattress came on sale, two days later, he called us back, and said he had noticed the mattress was on sale. He adjusted our price to the sale price. When I asked for an item not usually stocked at mattress firm, since I lived in San Jose, he called closer shops so I would not have to travel far. Therefore, shopping with John at the Morgan Hill Mattress Firm was a pleasure, and it was well worth shopping with him. I highly recommend John for searching out the perfect mattress.

My experience was 10/10 across the board. JoAnn was extremely helpful and found us the perfect mattress. We were in and out in about 20 minutes or so and the new bed was delivered the next day exactly on time in the estimated delivery window. The delivery crew were friendly and got our mattress right to the door for us. Mattress firm really is the way to go!
