Back in January 2025 my wife and I purchased a memory foam bed for our daughter From Mattress firm in Plymouth Meeting.

It was a beautiful adjustable memory foam mattress. One of the nicest beds I’ve ever seen.
The gentleman Ian Who was one of the nicest salesperson‘s that I’ve ever come across took his time with my wife My daughter and I and we picked out the perfect bed for our daughter. Possibly the nicest bed she’s ever had, That’s what she told me.
We were so well pleased With this bed for our daughter that I told Ian we would probably come back later this year September October to pick up our bed.

Today April 12, 2025, much sooner than we expected we Had gone back to the Plymouth Meeting mattress firm location and another gentlemen, one of the nicest salesman by the name of Mike took his time to show us what he had in his inventory. We knew immediately which bed we wanted and that one, The split king Tempur-pedicis the one we picked today.

Mike was very kind just like Ian he went above and beyond making us very happy placing our order today.

I would like to thank Ian for being so kind and taking care of us back in January and today I would like to Thank you Mike for taking your time with us today and making us extremely happy with our new purchase. Like I said before, you are D-MAN Brother!!!

Mattress firm is number one in our book. I will not go anywhere else to buy a bed. I’m telling all my friends of this wonderful Experience of the purchase that we made today.

I purchased my mattress at the Plymouth Meeting Mattress Firm store. Michael was the store associate who sold me my mattress. Michael was very pleasant, knowledgeable and upbeat. He was very informative about the different mattresses available and took my needs into consideration and made a few suggestions. I purchased a Beautyrest plush mattress and an adjustable frame. I have great hopes that it will be exactly what I need for a good night's sleep.

Mike is amazing!!! I came in desperate need of a new mattress. He not only had so much patience with me and was understanding, but he was so authentic and took good care of me. Even my teen complimented his customer service. I don’t know why I was so drawn to getting my bed from this location, but I’m so glad I did.
